BREIV – holistic awareness workshop (mind-heart-body) in 3 levels

Group therapy based on self knowledge through the lens of the Enneagram and self healing through experience and altered state of consciousness

MODULES AND PROGRAM

BREIV is a structured psychological workshop series designed as a progressive journey into self-awareness, moving from conscious behavioral patterns toward deeper subconscious integration. The process unfolds through three consecutive full day modules (speared in a few months), each building on the previous one in depth, intensity, and psychological impact.

The core methodology combines group dynamics, experiential psychology, somatic practices, and altered-state work, allowing participants to explore not only how they think, but how they feel, react, and embody experience.

Module 1 – Awareness Through Interaction & Pattern Recognition

The first module focuses on conscious self-awareness and relational dynamics.

Participants engage in structured group interactions, games, and guided exercises designed to surface habitual patterns of:

  • behavior
  • emotional responses
  • communication styles
  • coping and defense mechanisms

These experiences act as a live “laboratory,” where participants observe themselves in action, rather than through abstract reflection alone.

To support integration and nervous-system regulation, the cognitive and relational exercises are interwoven with:

  • music-guided reflection
  • light movement and kinesthetic practices
  • short embodied pauses that reconnect mind and body

The goal of Module 1 is recognition: developing the capacity to notice one’s patterns with clarity, curiosity, and reduced self-judgment.

Module 2 – Integrative Breathing & Altered States of Awareness

The second module deepens the process by shifting from primarily cognitive insight to experiential inner exploration.

At its core is integrative breathing, a guided breathing process that facilitates access to altered states of consciousness. In this state, participants can move beyond habitual mental narratives and encounter:

  • emotionally stored material
  • implicit memories
  • deeply ingrained beliefs and sensations

This module allows participants to experience how the psyche organizes meaning beneath conscious control, often revealing connections between past experiences, emotional patterns, and present behavior.

The work is carefully framed and supported, with emphasis on:

  • psychological safety
  • grounding and integration
  • post-experience meaning-making

Module 2 is about direct inner contact -not analysis, but lived experience.

Module 3 – Deep Ritual Integration & Shamanic Retreat

The third module represents the deepest level of the BREIV process and takes the form of an immersive retreat.

Here, the psychological work is embedded in ritualized, symbolic, and shamanic structures that support integration at a subconscious level. This module is designed to:

  • consolidate insights from Modules 1 and 2
  • integrate emotional, cognitive, and somatic learning
  • allow transformation to settle beyond the rational mind

Through guided rituals, nature-based practices, and extended reflective space, participants engage with archetypal themes, personal narratives, and unconscious material in a contained and intentional way.

The emphasis is not on catharsis alone, but on integration – allowing new internal structures, meanings, and self-relations to emerge and stabilize.

Overall Trajectory

  • Module 1 → Awareness of patterns (conscious, relational, behavioral)
  • Module 2 → Direct experience of inner processes (emotional, embodied, subconscious access)
  • Module 3 → Deep integration and consolidation (symbolic, ritual, subconscious level)

BREIV is designed for people ready to move beyond insight into lived transformation, supported by group intelligence, embodied practice, and carefully held psychological depth.
