Our path

More than the sum: synergy in four voices

Vita Novem is formed by four people whose lives are deeply intertwined: sisters Svilena and Galina, and our life partners Svilen and Elena.

What unites us is not similarity of roles, but a shared foundation of values. What distinguishes us are our talents, perspectives, and fields of expertise — ranging from scientific psychology to non-ordinary states of consciousness and transpersonal experience. When we work together, these differences do not compete; they resonate. This is where synergy emerges.

Each of us has walked a demanding personal path. Suffering was not our destination, but it was often the force that compelled us forward — toward understanding, healing, and inner transformation. Alongside these lived experiences stand years of study, practice, and travel. We have learned from many schools, traditions, and teachers across the world, all of whom have shaped our way of seeing and working.

From this foundation, we have developed our own approach and practices. They are the result of long dedication, countless hours of reflection, and many sleepless nights. Some have matured through time and repeated application; others are new, alive, and exploratory. All are created with care, responsibility, and respect for the depth of the human experience.

The most meaningful confirmation of our work comes from the people we meet — from their stories, insights, and the changes they experience. Witnessing this transformation has shaped our purpose.

Our mission is simple and profound: to live consciously and fully, and to support others in doing the same.

Our personal stories

Galina and Elena

Galina Stefanova

Psychologist

I am Galina. For years, I lived what Gurdjieff called sleeping at high speed.

A leadership career, service cars racing at 200 km/h, and exotic destinations across continents shaped an outwardly successful life. I believed the world revolved around my version of it. My diploma in Clinical and Consultative Psychology from Sofia University gathered dust in the attic, while I looked with mild disbelief at people seeking help to organize their inner worlds. Perhaps I looked like someone you know — a friend, a manager. Perhaps I looked like you.

Then, in a single month in 2020, everything collapsed. I lost my loving partner and our long-awaited second child. My company closed its Bulgarian office. My daughter and I were left alone — shattered into countless pieces, seemingly abandoned at the edge of the universe.

At some point in every life, a cataclysm appears — one that can either destroy us or become our rebirth.

My own awakening began there. Along this path, I found — or rather, was found by — people and situations where I naturally stepped into the role of an assistant and witness. I walked my healing journey at Claudio Naranjo’s SAT Germany–France Institute, and after five years of deep personal work and training, I became an Enneagram specialist and practitioner. Inspired by this profound map of the human psyche, and by Menis Yusri’s Essence seminars, I created the BREIV Awareness Workshops, which have been taking place since 2023.

I am both student and scientist, patient and healer. My strength lies in human profiling for deep self-knowledge and healing. I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and Constellation approaches, with a particular focus on recovery from loss and violence. I combine established therapeutic methods with experimental practices, always adapting them to the individual.

I continue to educate myself — cognitively and spiritually — not only seeking knowledge, but the path toward it. I study the life and work of Claudio Naranjo and his lineage, and explore the contributions of Oscar Ichaso, Gurdjieff, Uspensky, Freud, Melanie Klein, Karen Horney, Gabor Maté, Eckhart Tolle, Irvin Yalom, and others. Through them, I trace the evolution of understanding the human psyche and the connection between mental life and disease. I believe their work represents one of humanity’s greatest achievements.

Elena Genova

Energy therapist

My name is Elena, and for a long time, I did not know who I was.

For years, I lived in a relationship marked by psychological, emotional, and physical abuse. From the outside, everything appeared orderly and secure: a long-term partnership, two beautiful children, a successful career in an international company, a warm and comfortable home. Yet inside me, there was only silence — a vast emptiness. Somewhere along the way, I had already disappeared.

Gradually, I lost my sense of self. I lived in constant anxiety and tension, with a quiet but persistent fear of being wrong — of taking up too much space, of not being enough.

When I finally found the strength to leave, my life seemed to collapse completely. Everything familiar fell apart. And yet, beneath the ruins, there was a faint, almost imperceptible feeling — that perhaps this was not an ending, but a beginning.

This was where my search truly began. Not for something outside of me, but for inner peace, safety, and self-love.

At first, I felt energy — subtle, gentle, alive. Something that held me softly from the inside, as if reminding me that I was still here. Over time, I understood that I could work with this energy: heal through it, learn from it, and eventually share it — not as a source, but as a conduit of light, support, and presence for others.

Thus began a new journey for me — one of humility, learning, and quiet dedication. Along this path, I completed trainings in Akashic Records, Usui Reiki (Master level), and became a certified Enneagram Consultant at Enneagram Germany. What emerged naturally was the meeting of three dimensions: energy work, spiritual insight, and psychological understanding of the human being — woven into a single, living whole.

Today, I accompany people who are walking their own paths of self-discovery — through moments of transition, pain, questioning, or a longing for deeper meaning. I do not offer ready-made answers or solutions. Instead, I hold a space in which a person can remember their own truth, meet their soul, and gently feel that they have come home.

I believe we are all part of a living, breathing network of energy. With every moment of awareness, we grow not only ourselves, but the whole. And I continue to walk this path — with gratitude, tenderness, and trust in the quiet miracle of life.

How I Can Be of Support

  • Radiesthesia training for beginners – individually or in a small group;
  • Akashic Records reading – to shed light on life lessons, understand the soul’s path, and access inner clarity and potential
  • Enneagram type identification – a tool for deep self-knowledge and awareness of inner patterns
  • Group creative processes with neurographica – working with inner themes through symbols and lines

I approach each person’s journey with care, respect, and acceptance.

Our personal stories

Svilen and Svilena

Svilen Radev

Breathwork coach

My name is Svilen, and for more than fifteen years I have been walking the path of personal and spiritual growth.

After a deep and intense process of awakening, I felt a clear calling to share my path and inspire others toward their own awareness and inner transformation.

The knowledge I have gathered over the years comes mainly from personal experience and consciously chosen challenges, rather than from external concepts or formal trainings. I believe that the deepest understanding is born through lived experience and sincere communication — both with others and with ourselves.

I have facilitated dozens of meditation circles and talks on topics related to spiritual development. I am the creator of original programs for personal transformation, focused on awareness, self-connection, and inner peace. I am also the author of the online book No-Mind: Just Being — a collection of personal reflections on a more conscious and responsible way of living.

Almost ten years ago, I fulfilled a long-held dream — to live in a village closer to nature. I spent five years in solitude, during which I transformed a hundred-year-old house into a warm and welcoming home and created a space for restorative and spiritual practices, which I called the Nature Nook. Everything achieved so far is the result of inspiration, perseverance, and deep dedication.

For me, inspiration and growth lie in the study and creation of healing songs, free musical expression with instruments from different cultures, breathing and meditative practices, and direct experiences with the living wisdom of nature.

I wish to continue sharing the experience and awareness gained along the way, as well as the new projects that are gradually taking form.

Here is what you can join and expect with my participation:

Shamanic rituals and travel – experiences that connect us to ancient knowledge and the power of natural elements.

Meditative practices – active and passive – aimed at awareness, inner peace and state of presence.

Breathing practices with different focus – releasing emotions, energy renewal and connection to the healing wisdom of the body

Sound journeys with instruments from around the world – harmonising vibration sessions from shamanic tambour, handpan, didgeridou, flute and voice.

Music and singing circles – a space for expression, inspiration and community through singing and improvisation.

Circles of sharing and awareness – a place of trust, sincerity and mutual support, bringing together conversation, breathing and meditative practices.

One-day urban retreats – possibility to recharge and immerse in intraday awareness practices.

Weekend retreats at the Nature Nook – a deeply restorative experience in a natural environment, with time for silence, creativity and connection with oneself.

Feel free to contact me or sign up for any of the upcoming events.

I promise to meet you and your inner world with care, responsibility, and respect.

Thank you for sharing this moment on the path with me — because,

Svilena Gueorguieva

Holistic healer

My name is Svilena, and although I would not call myself a “therapist,” I know that healing is my calling.

I never imagined that I would accompany human souls through pain, searching, and transformation — yet life has led me precisely here.

My formal education is in linguistics. I graduated in Polish Philology from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, with a teaching specialisation and extensive studies in psychology, philosophy, and pedagogy. I am a polyglot and for more than eighteen years I have worked as a translator for the European Parliament and the European Commission, both abroad and in Bulgaria.

Languages have always been my passion — because they connect people, cultures, and inner worlds.

It was not success, but suffering, that led me to the path of self-development. Separation, family crises, my children’s struggles, guilt, and frustration pushed me to seek healing from within. At one point, I realized that I could not change anyone but myself — and so began my journey of self-exploration, healing, and awareness.

Experience and philosophy

Over the years, I have explored a wide range of psychological, spiritual, and body-oriented approaches — from the Enneagram, existential counseling, constellations, and meditation, to integrative breathing, shamanic, and energy practices. Each of these paths was first lived personally before becoming part of my professional work.

An important direction in my development was working with psychedelic plants in the Netherlands. There, I went through — and later facilitated — assisted sessions with ayahuasca and psilocybin, gaining a deeper understanding of the human psyche, the body, and our relationship with nature. These experiences introduced me to ancient shamanic knowledge and inspired a deeper study of shamanism as a path of conscious transformation.

Today, I facilitate transformation sessions as a guest in the Netherlands, where such practices are applied in a legal and therapeutic context. In Bulgaria, I work with individuals and groups through personal and group processes, integrative breathing, family constellations, and coaching. My focus is support, awareness, and integration — I do not offer ready-made solutions, but help people find their own.

My vision

I believe that every person carries the power to heal.
My role is to be a presence, a space, and a mirror — accompanying each person in their unique process of transformation.

Shamanic inspiration

I am not a shaman, but I define myself as a healer and hold deep respect for the wisdom of the shamanic tradition — its reverence for nature, spirit, and the interconnectedness of all beings.
