Our Therapeutical Practices and Modalities
We believe that each of us carries an inner healer within. Our Higher Self holds a deep wisdom about what we truly need. At times, however, we lose touch with that inner balance — and this is where supportive therapeutic modalities can gently guide us back into alignment with both body and spirit.
Flower essences, breathwork, Reiki, and other integrative practices offer different pathways to restoration and renewal. You are welcome to explore our full range of offerings — each modality can be experienced on its own or thoughtfully combined, according to your individual needs and intentions.

Balance through dr Bach’s
Flower essences
What are Dr. Bach’s Flower Essences?
Dr. Bach’s flower essences are a gentle and subtle method of emotional support, based on the idea that each flower carries a unique vibration and quality that can help us reconnect with our inner harmony. The essences do not suppress or “correct.” Instead, they act as a mirror, helping us see more clearly what is happening within and find a softer way to move through it.
During the session, we create space to explore your current emotional landscape — thoughts, reactions, inner tensions, desires — and together select a combination of essences that reflects your process at this particular moment. Each blend is personal and uniquely prepared for you, supporting exactly where you are in this phase of your life.
What the Essences May Support
- Emotional overwhelm and stress
- Self-doubt, hesitation, inner conflict
- Difficulties with communication or self-expression
- A sense of stagnation or loss of direction
- Transitional periods and life changes
- The need for greater clarity, focus, and stability
The essences work gently and naturally, supporting your innate ability to restore balance and calm from within.
How a Session Unfolds
1. Conversation and Sharing
We explore the theme you are currently moving through — with deep listening, free from judgment or analysis, and without digging into past or potentially traumatic memories. The focus is on presence and understanding.
2. Selection of Essences
We choose a flower combination that reflects your emotional needs in the present moment.
3. Creation of a Personalized Bottle
Your custom blend is prepared on the spot, along with guidance on how to use it.
4. Follow-up (Optional)
A short follow-up session may be scheduled to reflect on changes experienced and to adjust support if needed.
Who Is It For?
For anyone seeking a gentle and natural way to connect with their emotions, gain clarity in their inner process, and support their personal balance. Flower essences are suitable both as a starting point and as an ongoing personal practice.

Reiki for energy healing
Reiki
More information about Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a natural and gentle method of energy balancing that supports our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The word “Reiki” comes from Japanese and means universal life energy — the subtle force that sustains life in all living beings.
Reiki is not a religion, does not require specific beliefs, and does not contradict medical treatment. It is a practical and accessible method that can be used on its own or as a complement to psychological therapy, holistic healing, or other energy-based practices, supporting overall well-being.
How Does Reiki Work?
During a Reiki session, the practitioner acts as a channel for the energy, rather than its source. Through gentle touch or distance work, the energy flows to where the body and psyche need it most.
Reiki is considered an intelligent energy — it naturally “knows” where to go and what to support. The process is soft, natural, and deeply relaxing, helping to harmonize body, mind, and emotions.
Many people describe sensations such as:
- Deep relaxation and calm
- Warmth or subtle pulsing
- A sense of lightness and release
- Clarity and inner balance
How Can Reiki Help?
Reiki supports the body’s natural restorative processes and creates conditions for balance and harmony.
It is most often used for:
- Reducing stress, anxiety, and tension
- Emotional release and stabilization
- Support during fatigue, insomnia, and burnout
- Increasing vital energy
- Easing pain and physical discomfort
- Enhancing inner clarity and self-connection
Reiki can be combined with psychological therapy, meditation, yoga, and other holistic approaches to create integrated support for overall well-being.
How Can Reiki Be Used?
Reiki is highly flexible and can be applied in different ways:
- Individual Reiki sessions — in person or дистанционно (distance sessions)
- Self-healing — after receiving proper training
- Support during emotional periods and life transitions
- Combined with other therapies and practices for holistic healing
After initiation (attunement), a person can use Reiki energy independently for themselves and their loved ones.
Who Is Reiki Suitable For?
Reiki is suitable for:
- Adults and children
- People without previous experience in energy practices
- Those seeking a gentle and conscious approach to themselves
- Individuals who wish to support their inner balance
Reiki works regardless of expectations or special abilities.
What Reiki Is Not
Reiki:
- Does not replace medical treatment
- Is not magic or suggestion
- Does not require religious affiliation
- Does not involve manipulation, diagnosis, or forceful physical intervention
It is a supportive, gentle, and conscious method that respects each person’s free will and individual rhythm.
Reiki as Part of an Integrated Approach
Many people choose Reiki as a complement to psychological therapy and other holistic practices to deepen self-connection, relax more fully, and support their physical and emotional well-being. It is an invitation to greater softness, presence, and awareness in everyday life — as part of an integrated approach to health and inner balance.

Altered states of consciousness through breathing
Integrative breathwork
Intense breathwork practices
Deep, conscious breathing can open a doorway to inner experiences that are rarely accessible in the rhythm of everyday life. As we move into more active, rhythmic, and expanded breathing patterns, a deeper space begins to unfold — one where the body, emotions, and subconscious can express themselves with greater clarity and intensity.
These practices are inherently experiential and cathartic. They create the conditions for releasing accumulated emotions, outdated patterns, stored tension, and unprocessed sensations. In this process, the breath becomes a powerful catalyst — guiding a journey that can be profound, transformative, and deeply liberating.
What these practices may awaken:
- Strong physical sensations and deep emotional movement
- Catharsis and the release of suppressed emotions
- Greater clarity and insight into inner processes
- Renewed vitality and life force
- Expanded states of awareness
- A sense of inner lightness and new beginnings
Here, the breath is not simply a technique — it becomes an experience, a process, and an intimate encounter with oneself.
How a session unfolds:
- Arrival and Preparation
A brief conversation, grounding practices, and the creation of a safe and supportive environment. - Guided Intensive Breathing
Active, rhythmic breathing patterns supported by music, sound, or gentle movement. - Catharsis and Release
The body’s natural responses — emotions, impulses, trembling, warmth, or other sensations — are welcomed and allowed to unfold without judgment. - Integration
A period of silence and rest, supporting a gradual return and allowing insights and sensations to settle. - Optional Sharing
A brief opportunity to reflect on the experience and receive integrative support.
Who is it for? For those who feel ready to explore their inner landscape more deeply; for individuals seeking transformation, emotional release, and meaningful inner experience. No prior experience is required — only openness and respect for the body’s natural intelligence and rhythm.

Journeying in expanded consciousness
Inner exploration
Inspired by the shamanic model of accessing knowledge from Source
Discover your inner resources and connect with the deeper layers of yourself through safe, guided practices inspired by ancient healing traditions that are still alive today.
We are experienced and certified facilitators who create spaces where this process can unfold safely and with support. We will be by your side to ensure a deep and grounded experience.
These journeys combine intention work, herbs and aromas, music and sound, natural elements, and symbolic experiences — opening pathways to inner clarity, balance, and vital energy.
Suitable for anyone seeking personal growth and spiritual insight; those going through a personal crisis or burnout; individuals navigating grief or a loss of direction; those longing for creative inspiration; seeking answers to difficult questions; or wishing to connect with ancestors and an inner teacher — a spiritual ally.
Important: A prior conversation is required to clarify the intention for the process and to determine whether an individual session or participation in a group would be more appropriate for you.

Akashic Records
Reading in the Akasha
More information about the Akashic Records reading
What Is an Akashic Records Reading?
The Akashic Records are often described as an energetic field that holds the experience of the soul — not as “fate,” but as memory, potential, and deep inner wisdom.
An Akashic Records reading is a process in which a practitioner connects with this field with clear intention and respect, to receive information that supports understanding, awareness, and inner growth.
It is important to know that this is not fortune-telling. It does not predict the future and does not take away your free will.
The information comes as guidance and insight — not as fixed answers about what will happen.
How Can It Help?
A reading can be helpful if you:
- Feel confused, blocked, or stuck in a life situation
- Notice repeating patterns in relationships or work
- Want deeper understanding of yourself and your choices
- Feel like you are carrying old emotional burdens
- Are going through change, crisis, or inner searching
Many people experience greater clarity, relief, and a sense of inner alignment after a session.
How Does a Session Work?
During the session, we focus on specific questions or themes that are important to you right now. The exploration usually looks at:
- Your current situation
- The deeper inner causes behind it
- What can be understood, released, or supported
The session takes place in a calm, respectful, and safe space. Nothing is imposed. Everything is offered as an invitation for awareness.
What Topics Can Be Explored?
Akashic Records readings may support themes such as:
- Personal and partner relationships
- Family and ancestral patterns
- Emotional blocks or inner conflicts
- Career direction and decisions
- Connection with yourself and your inner voice
- Spiritual development and life path
What It Is Not
For clarity, an Akashic Records reading:
- Is not a medical or psychological diagnosis
- Does not replace therapy or medical care
- Does not give fixed predictions
- Does not remove personal responsibility
It is a supportive tool that works best when you are open and willing to reflect and grow.
As Part of a Holistic Approach
Akashic Records reading can be part of a broader holistic approach to personal development. It may complement other practices such as energy work, breathing techniques, or psychological counseling by offering deeper insight and clarity. Combined with other supportive methods, it can help you understand patterns, release emotional blocks, connect with your inner wisdom, and move forward in a balanced and grounded way.

Awareness Workshop
A Seminar of healing and growth
Modules and program
BREIV is an experiential and experimental psychological workshop. The process unfolds in three consecutive full-day modules (spread over several months), each building on the previous one in depth, intensity, and psychological impact.
The core methodology combines group dynamics, experimental psychology, somatic practices, and work with altered states of consciousness. This allows participants to explore not only how they think, but also how they feel, react, and experience life in their bodies.
Module 1 – Awareness Through Interaction and Pattern Recognition
The first module focuses on conscious self-observation and relational dynamics.
Participants engage in structured group interactions, experiential formats, and guided exercises designed to bring to the surface stable patterns of:
- Unconscious behavior
- Emotional reactions
- Communication styles
- Coping strategies and defense mechanisms
These experiences function as a living “laboratory,” where participants observe themselves in action rather than only through abstract reflection.
To support integration, the cognitive and relational exercises are interwoven with:
- Music-guided reflection
- Gentle movement and kinesthetic practices that restore the connection between mind and body
The aim of Module 1 is recognition — developing the ability to observe one’s own patterns with clarity, curiosity, and less self-judgment.
The Enneagram is also introduced both theoretically and practically, with the purpose of identifying each participant’s Enneagram type.
Module 2 – Integrative Breathing and Altered States of Consciousness
The second module deepens the process by shifting the focus from primarily cognitive understanding to experiential inner exploration.
At its core is integrative breathing — a guided breathing practice that leads to an altered state of consciousness. In this state, participants can move beyond their usual mental narratives and encounter:
- Suppressed emotions
- Implicit memories
- Deeply rooted beliefs and bodily sensations
The altered state of consciousness has the potential to reveal connections between past experiences, emotional patterns, and present behavior.
The program is carefully structured and supported, with emphasis on:
- Psychological safety
- Grounding and integration
- Meaning-making after the experience
Module 2 is about direct inner contact — less analysis more lived experience.
Module 3 – Deep Integration and Shamanic Retreat
The third module represents the deepest level of the BREIV process and takes place in the form of an intensive retreat.
Here, psychological work is embedded within ritual, symbolic, and shamanic structures that support integration on a subconscious level. The module is designed to:
- Consolidate insights from Modules 1 and 2
- Integrate emotional, cognitive, and somatic learning
- Allow transformation to settle beyond the rational mind
Through guided ritual practices in a natural setting, participants access archetypal themes, personal narratives, and unconscious patterns of feeling and behavior.
The focus is on catharsis and integration — creating and stabilizing new inner structures, meanings, and ways of relating to oneself.
The Path
- Module 1 → Awareness of patterns (conscious, relational, behavioral)
- Module 2 → Direct experience of inner processes (emotional, bodily, subconscious)
- Module 3 → Deep integration and consolidation (symbolic, ritual, subconscious level)
BREIV is designed for people who are ready to move beyond purely intellectual understanding of themselves, others, and the world. Transformation is experienced and supported through group intelligence, embodied practice, and shamanic rituals.

Therapeutical interview
For exploring the Enneagram type
Which is your Enneagram style?
The therapeutic interview is a careful and supportive conversation that helps you explore yourself and understand your Enneagram type by becoming aware of your core patterns, motivations, and coping mechanisms.
During the session, thoughts, emotions, reactions, and life situations are explored in order to identify the key tendencies that define your type. The interview is individual and takes place in a safe, confidential environment.
The result of the therapeutic interview provides a clear framework for personal development, supports self-knowledge, and helps guide you toward practices and strategies that develop your potential and inner harmony.
The session can be held in person or online and is suitable for anyone who wishes to connect with the deeper layers of themselves and explore their personal resources through the Enneagram map.

Group and individual sessions
Family Constellations
What are they?
Systemic and Family Constellations are a transformative method that helps us become aware of hidden dynamics within family systems, relationships, and even professional life. We often carry unconscious patterns and loyalties from past generations that influence our lives in ways we do not realize. Constellations offer an opportunity for these patterns to come to light and for a path toward healing, harmony, and a more fulfilling life to emerge.
The approach was developed by Bert Hellinger and is based on the idea that each person is part of a larger system — a family, community, or organization. When the natural order of the system is disrupted (for example, due to the exclusion of a member, tragic events, or unresolved processes), this may show up as difficulties, repeating patterns, or inner discomfort.
During a constellation, a “living map” of the system is created using representatives (other participants in a group setting) or objects (in an individual session). The positions and interactions reveal hidden dynamics and blockages, while the facilitator supports the process with interventions that restore order and release burdensome patterns.
Group Sessions
In group constellations, other participants become “representatives” of members of your system, creating a powerful field for the work. Each person both gives and receives support, recognizes recurring patterns, and discovers new perspectives.
Individual Sessions
Individual constellations offer the same deep insight, but in a more intimate and confidential setting. Small figures, cushions, or objects are used as representatives, allowing focused work on personal themes and specific situations.
Suitable for:
- Difficulties in relationships and family conflicts
- Personal blockages, repeating patterns, or a sense of stagnation
- Coping with heavy events, loss, or trauma
- Professional challenges and inner conflicts
- Searching for one’s place and sense of belonging in life or family
We offer constellations in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. We work with respect for your personal history and your readiness for change. The aim is to help you recognize and heal the hidden connections influencing you, restore balance in your system, and discover new paths toward harmony and well-being. If you feel it is time to untangle old knots and unlock your potential, contact us to book your session.
